UNWANTED FORMALITIES

well, today i was in a courtroom........ as usual was standing there in front of the judge for getting completed my official work.............. but the work was not complete.......... the reason being unwanted formalities, paperwork which in short pointed fingers towards RED TAPISM well corruption in our country is truly a vicious illness. But have we ever thought about why has it started and how to stop it . Oh how can i forget yes we have thought about it , we have the CBI to handle such matters , yet another unwanted formality. Well, when i was in the court as usual standing there having nothing else to do just gave it a thought that what if there were lesser rules in Government organizations , rules which clearly made no sense , which had no use , rules which were not more than a harassment to common people.
Why do we have to go through all the unwanted things. First meet the peon then he will take you to another desk yet to another and further more yet to another and by the time you reach a designation entitled to get your things done it is either lunch time or tea break or may be end of the day's play....... so what we do we bribe and we bribe big time and why do we bribe because we do not want to come back to this idiotic place . well i know it is a change which is needed but not in us the change is needed in the organizational structure and the infrastructure of a government building ............... why cannot courts have ac waiting rooms , tv rooms proper cafeterias , toilets , why cannot courts have some TELLERS where the common man can understand the whole procedure once clearly instead of running here and there everywhere and thinking of going no where in the end . Today the system of government has become so boring that youngsters like us hate doing some work related to the government............... starting from going to a government bank to filing for a death certificate ..................... I know my vision is too raw but it can be thought over ...................... and i am planning to write something to the PM of INDIA soon with a concrete plan ............................. would be happy for some suggestions from you all people ..............cheers signing off the miracle maker

  1. where nicely written n very nice vision.
According to me it is very easy to blame the government laws n procedure.
But just few Q "Y are these laws made?, Who made these laws? Who are responsible for this scenario? I ask WHO?"
It is we the so called AAM JANTA(PUBLIC).
We are not willing to pay the tax which we are suppose to pay. We follow the rules which we like n break the rules which we dont like, like driving without licence. If a police man catchs us v bribe him not dont pay the actual fine coz it saves our money.
These just a few things but u have a very nice vision

  2. yes i know we bribe ..... i do agree to it but then if we have made the unwanted rules as in the AAM JANATA then we should try to think upon some new rules it is high time now something has to change the boring procedures ............ we bribe them as we know if we are to surrender in anything the procedure will take a long time with a result of literally nothing to the time wasted in the procedure so whats the use of the procedure cut the crap simple take direct action

  4. Could someone make rahul gandhi read this article?
he would be thrilled to know that like him, today's youth has a vision, a vision that needs to be implemented and Mr.gandhi is striving hard for it. Kunal surely you should join politics. Rahul's youth party has vision and ample of scope for such suggestions to bring about a major change in some of our pathetic government systems.

  6. Theres no point in just complaining, you need to do something about it. If you are in politics, you are in power, you wont complain because you would be infact doing something for the common man. You would be having a platform to resolve such issues.
Man, you have got visionary ideas which needs to reach the right minds...
