THE TERRIFYING NIGHTMARE OF THE ADMISSION PROCEDURE

Its been years now that I have left school and since then never have I ever entered any school premises. Of course our encounters with our principal in school has banned us from entering our own school. lols, jokes apart....
Recently I spoke to my friend Shabbir about school admissions and he said that its a huge harrasment to parents. I being single did not have the luxury to have a child yet but then too wanted to experience the dilemma so as usual I went down to the nearest school to know the admission procedures. Here I spoke to the ADMISSION FORM itself and here is what I get to know
Hello sir how are you I am Kunal I am here to buy you for the admission of my to be child.
Form: - Oh how old is your child.
Me:- I am single yet.
Form:- Then for whom are you buying me
Me:- Obviously for my child
Form:- But you do not have a child yet right
Me:- yes, but I want to buy it in advance
Form:- Oh how wise of you Mr.Patrawala to take such a mature decision. I am happy we have people like you who are educated and well learned I guess you read the newspaper regularly and this is the reason why you have taken such a wise step.
Me:- well yes I do read the newspapers but I am still at a juxtaposition as to why people say the admission procedure is a nightmare.
Form:- Oh let me give you some information for free. Of course we forms are not allowed to give anything for free to any parent whatsoever.
We have been blackmarketed since the first ever student who became something in life started to earn more than the others. Since that day the education field has been commercialised. We have been sold for more that the value printed for us. We remain in demand so much that parents who want to buy us have to form a queue for days hours and may be some like you take advance steps to buy us. Besides once they buy us it is not only that they pay for us but they sign up for humiliation to the level that they feel the child they have is a curse instead of God's given boon.
There are a lot of people involved in this starting with the famous personality the pueon of the school who would not let you in without a bribe of less than 300rs besides if you tend to provide him more money he may even treat you like an MP or MLA and make things easier for you. Then it is his job to see to it which forms reach the principal and which go into the dump box so here again he decided on the value of money. Once this sorting has been done then he allows you to enter the principals office here again with a smiling face he will say "salaam sahab ab hamien bi yaad rakhna bhul mat jaana" so it clearly means give me another 100 rs note. After all this feathered coated route you enter the gaint office of a principal who is none other than a freak who is sitting there staring at your shoes and clothing and also judging your monthly income and the savings and stuff like that. Once that screen test is done he will let you sit and will playfully ask your child "hello beta kaise ho jaao waha jaake toys ke saath khelo. Bada hi cute aur pyaara bacha hai aapka" this means you will have to pay more to get admission in my school here. Once the rate is discussed and you are sent out you reach home to collect whatever you have for your child and then give it to the principal. Here comes the major hitch THE LOK SABHA AND THE RAJYA SABHA getting their share from the education minsiter's driver to the education minister himself will have their percentage in this " hamara hissa bhijwado nahi toh school bandh kar denge" here the principal sends over the money and then sits back to hear from the minister to allow or not to allow your child into the school. then comes a phone call "mere rishteydaar ke bete ko admission do aur iska rehne do" when you land up for the admission you are answered as to seat full ho gayi sahab agle saal aana and when you ask for a refund he would say kaisa paisa sahab woh sab toh chala gaya na procedure main hi. So then you again land up with the same scenario and once you go through this procedure once or twice you will be an expert in getting admissions and may be become an agent for some schools.

Me:- Gosh, Today I know what my parents went through and what I am going to go through.
I just picked up the admission form and just gave it a look and said you are the reason to all this problem so lets end it here and just tore it apart. I PLAN TO EITHER WORK ON THIS AND CHANGE OR AT LEAST INTIATE A CHANGE OR PLAN TO BOYCOTT THE BLOODY EDUCATION SYSTEM.
