HEARTBREAK ---- TIPS TO TACKLE IT

Isn’t it funny that nearly every person on this earth has once fallen in love and had heartbreak. But, when it comes to facing it everyone forgets this fact that they are not the first ones with whom such a thing has happened. In school when we were punished for something we use to always feel relaxed if there were more people punished with us for the same reason. The human brain come what may feels relaxed when it detects more people in the same situation, the same applies with heartbreaks.
Nearly, everyone has heartbreak at any age as a matter of fact. Some have frequent heartbreaks and some yet have HUGE HEARTBREAKS as they describe it. Everyone feels relaxed to listen to someone else's story of a heartbreak thinking that I am not alone.
Researching on the same here is what one should do in a situation of heartbreak:
1.) The first thing a person does in heartbreak is cries a lot for the initial days. That is the best option let everything inside come out via the tears. Then enlighten your brains by thinking was that person actually worth your tears. The answer generally is yes because when in love our love interest is never wrong. Actually, that person is not worth your tears, because if he/she were worth your tears there wouldn't be a single tear in your eye. So the thing is the person was never worth it. This may help to reduce the pain.
2.) Another option is to divert your mind to something else. This is often difficult. Heartbroken people, depressed people often tend to stick to their tv sets and eat a lot thinking about their significant EX and this leads to loss of beauty and looks and increase in fats. This further leads to lack of confidence due to the recent loss of looks and healthy and fit body. The best way to divert would be by playing outdoor games, driving your car or riding your bike or cycling, listening to music, hanging out with friends and going out for unplanned trips to hill stations or any such locations which you have wanted to go for a while, Fresh air, music and adventure help out to cope up with the heartbreak in a very healthy and nice manner....
3.) This is the most important step now, DELETE ALL PICTURES, PHONE NUMBERS, MESSAGES, EMAILS, SOCIAL CONTACTS LIKE FACEBOOK ORKUT TWITTER AND BLOCK THE PERSON COMPLETELY OUT OF YOUR LIFE. This is difficult and may take some days but eventually this will help a lot in the long run.
4.) DO NOT DRINK OR SMOKE DURING A HEARTBREAK THIS MAY LEAD TO HABITUAL DRINKING AND SMOKING IF YOU ARE HAVING PROBLEMS WHILE SLEEPING LISTEN TO SONGS AND LULLABY'S REMEMBER THEY PUT YOU TO SLEEP WHEN YOU WERE KID EVEN TODAY THEY CAN HELP. IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN IN THE FAMILY BE WITH THEM PLAY WITH THEM FOR A WHILE THIS WILL REFRESH YOU. SAY NOT TO NICOTINE AND DRUGS FOREVER THOUGH.
5.) Children help you a lot during such times. Play with the kids of your vicinity in such times. Also try and learn to play a music instrument, this will help you divert your mind when you are sitting idle. Also this may help to impress some new love interest.
6.) Last but not the least FIND NEXT. If you are not able to cope up being single find a new love interest and things will be automatically sorted out.
